[INTERNAL MEMO: CLASSIFIED TOP SECRET]

REF NO: OPS-731-B-04
DATE: 14 OCTOBER 1942
TO: SPECIAL RESEARCH OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
SUBJECT: OPTIMIZATION OF DATA ACQUISITION FROM ████████████████

I. OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE

To establish a definitive mathematical model for the degradation timeline of ██████████ under intensive environmental stress. Data collected will be used to evaluate ████████████████████.

II. ALLOCATION OF MATERIALS

1. CLASS-A LOGS: Mature-phase units, ██████, 15 units
2. CLASS-B LOGS: Early-phase units, 5 units
3. NOTE: All units must remain in untreated state. Any prior exposure to ████████████ is strictly prohibited.

III. EXPERIMENTAL PROTOCOL

LOGS will be exposed to the “Active Agent” via aerosol inhalation. Dosage calibrated to ████████. Monitoring will continue every ████ minutes until the “Point of Ultimate Failure”.

Upon reaching terminal condition, LOGS will be transferred to ████████████████.

Sampling must occur during active circulation. Use of anesthetics is ████████.

IV. PRIMARY DATA OBJECTIVES

1. DEGRADATION CURVE: Minute-by-minute mapping of functional loss
2. SPECIMEN INTEGRITY: Retrieval of uncorrupted samples prior to ██████████

Additional notes: ████████████████████████████████████████████
