My Story
August 2025. As the plane lifted off from Shenzhen, touched down in Rome, and rose once more before landing in Florence, I knew a new chapter of my life had begun.
This portfolio gathers my favorite daily writings from my year at NYU Florence. Maybe years from now, when I return to this page, I’ll still laugh and cry the way I did at nineteen.
“Life abroad unfolds in the smallest moments.”
Contents

Quick Notes
A collection of campus observations, Firenze’s passing landscapes, and the soft daydreams of being nineteen.
More Writings
Next semester, I will explore deeper into my inner thoughts and philosophical questions—life and death, laughter and tears—on my way to “I think, therefore I write.”
